In my day to day work I am the owner of firm-wide programs & events to develop an employee value proposition that empowers our employees to bring their best self to work. For that I am actively engaging in change management and contributing to programs in the DEI, Well-being and Purpose space. Some of my tasks evolve encompass: - Managing external & internal stakeholders - Developing & refining firm wide programs such as the working parents program - Driving & executing on major flagship events such as the International Women's month or World Mental health month - Facilitating several purpose-related topics and firm-wide events such as the induction days - Being the budget owner of >150.000CHF

As part of the Assurance Advisory team we were identifying business processes and create and implement Controls to mitigate risks for our clients. I engaged in disruptive events as a support for the PMO (e.g IPO readiness & execution) to ensure that objectives and deadlines are met. Further, I supported Deloitte's innovation hub by engaging in "Innovation management" for consultancies and start-ups. Specifically, I have been working on the market and competition analysis in the health - tech industry to make informed decisions and identify USPs.
