Acting as a member of the Compliance team with a focus on investigating banking relationships with suspicion of money laundering activities • Handling and verifying results deriving from the ongoing screening regarding matches between client data and the World Check database • Independently corresponding with Compliance and with the Front regarding possible matches • Saving and managing cases in the electronic filing system • Significantly contributing to the reduction of the second-check backlog (World Check) • Introducing and training new employees from the second-check team • Verifying and independently handling challenging second-check hits • Updating internal guidelines

Opening and management of legal case files in connection with requests from authorities • Contact person for client advisors, internal units, and authorities regarding the managed cases • Administrative support for the team as well as responsibility for archiving closed files

Concept, control and supervision of file destruction • Organization and implementation of the new archiving concept, including electronic registration and integration • Research in the field of files for partners and associates • Training and introduction of new members of the archive team - Collaboration and project management of various internal and external projects as required
