Key responsibilities: - Financial mobility controlling Single Point of Contact on a global level - Managing assignment related relocation, tax and payroll recharges for all Vodafone entities - Project managing aged items on high value accounts - Extensive experience in global tax, social security, payroll and immigration compliance - Managing intercompany reconciliations - Leading automatization projects - Leading process creation and revamping of training materials to be able to onboard new team members in the most efficient way Key achievements: - Managing GBP 1 M+ projects with a focus on on-time delivery - Successfully onboarded, coached & mentored new team members resulting in a faster ramp up & optimization of our legacy systems - Managing the onboarding project of two new service providers to optimize processes for on-time service delivery
