- Founded this startup with some friends to connect clients to professional video editors, where people can send their files, describe what they want and find a video editor to deliver the perfect video for you. - Made concept and developed the app (of our own business) that intermediated the relation between users and video editors; - Managed to upload to Google Play and App Store the app; - Created all the APIs needed (from my partner's backend code in PHP) to capable our app to be fully integrated to our web platform; -Did a lot of pitches to investors and got 2 investments, increasing our valuation. There I learned a lot how startup's enviroment works.

It was a pub/bar in our City, with more than 40 employees where I learned everything in business. I was just 20 years old when we opened this pub (that was a bowling at first time) and I had to learn Marketing, Financial and where I developed many of soft skills, as Leadership, Resilience, Problem Solving, Mindset, and many others. In 2017 I developed an app just for our pub, using Ionic Framework and Firebase, where clients could see menu, make reservations, contact us, see and share photos our photograph take, and many other functionalities. At this moment this isn't used anymore because we changed our business model. - Created app in Ionic to clients of our business. - Established culture, vision, goals and objectives to enhance business operations. - Recruited IT staff to align business goals with powerful technology. - Performed consumer and competitive research to uncover emerging opportunities. - Created marketing budget, tracked spending for new initiatives and measured Return on Investment (ROI). - Developed and executed well-defined consumer acquisition strategy to drive awareness and revenue. - Implemented marketing strategies to drive and optimize marketing funnel. - Assisted with branding, advertising, trade shows and company events.
