A YC company – the world best incubator – building the largest direct-to-consumer tele dermatology service. ● Launched the company’s entire operation in the US by setting up the strategy and ensuring its execution across all departments. In less than 12 months, we have enabled flawless service in 50 states and given access to excellent service and high-quality treatments. ● Planned the fundraising strategy and closed a total of $5M over four rounds with US and EU large funds. The capital raised enabled us to launch an e-commerce in the same segment also in Europe. It reached up to $40k MRR (+109% YoY ARR), and a telehealth service in the US that reached 20k MRR four months after launch. ● Managed the entire company operation including, strategy, budget and finances, supply chain and production, tech product development, legal actions, marketing, and human resources. The smooth execution ensured the management and growth of up to 15 employees and the deployment of our operation on two continents.
