The Mission I am a Bern-based Neurosurgeon founding a DeepTech venture to bridge the gap between biological monitoring and acute crisis intervention (Suicide & Psychosis Prevention).
We are developing "Project GABRIELLE": a Class IIb medical device ecosystem. The vision fuses Bio-Signal Processing, IoT/Wearables, and Generative AI, evolving from non-invasive monitoring to minimally invasive neuromodulation.
The Founder's Background This project is driven by a practicing Neurosurgeon & Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist (KJP) based in Bern.
My expertise lies at the rare intersection of structural neurology (the brain's hardware) and acute behavioral crisis (the brain's software). "Project GABRIELLE" is not a theoretical concept; it is born from years of clinical frustration with the limitations of current care.
What I bring to the table:
•	Deep Domain Expertise: A precise understanding of the neural circuitry and biological markers we are targeting.
•	Clinical Validation: Access to real-world medical insights and patient needs.
•	Regulatory Roadmap: Clear strategy for Swissmedic/CE certification (Class IIb).
The Status
•	Clinical & Regulatory: The medical logic and Swissmedic pathway are defined.
•	Phase: Pre-Seed / Stealth Mode.
•	Goal: Moving from concept to functional prototype (MVP) to secure funding.
Who are we looking for? I am looking for ambitious Co-Founders to lead the engineering backbone. You must be willing to work for Equity (Shares) in the early stage, not a salary. I am not looking for employees to manage; I am looking for technical partners to build the solution that medicine cannot yet provide.
Open Roles:
1.	Hardware Lead: Experience in Embedded Systems, PCB design, and Biosensors (PPG/EDA).
2.	Software/AI Lead: Expertise in LLMs, Edge AI, and Cybersecurity (Medical Data Privacy).
Communication Requirement Fluency in Spanish is a key requirement (or huge plus) for this role to ensure rapid, nuanced communication and perfect alignment with the medical founder.
