After working for Catalyze-Group for 1 year, I moved to Switzerland to establish the first, international branch of the company. We build up the network and client base and organised workshops about funding strategies for research performing start-ups and SMEs. Together with our business development team, I helped the optimisation of our services in the Swiss market. In January 2020, we started to grow the team, reaching 4 FTE by the end of the year. From this point in time, I was responsible for the management of the team, including: - Team planning; - Recruitment; - Quality output; and - Team financial turnover. Next tot his, I helped in further development of strategic service offerings of the Swiss branch, pre-sales support and lead evaluation, due diligence and market research.

As a Life Science Business Consultant, my responsibilities were: - writing grant applications for start-ups and SMEs; - Business cases and Investor pitch decks; - Strategic development plans; - Establishing strategic research collaborations.
