 Took on the challenge of establishing the company’s in-house environmental department.  Prepared successfully 20+ audit and environmental assessment reports (EIA, IEE, SEA) for projects related to wastewater, hospitals, gas filling stations, industrial plants, solar farms, cattle farms, etc.  Controlled the field sampling schedule and evaluated laboratory results.

 Assisted the project managers with the overall plan for the design and construction phases and in the development of specifications and cost estimates.  Managed and supervised the contractors’ activities and ensured timely submission of all project deliverables according to the project’s quality standards.  Organized, tracked, and maintained project-related files, drawings, and correspondence.  Compiled and issued project progress reports to the client on monthly basis.  Assisted in technical and financial evaluations for 20+ environmental projects.

 Coordinated with international expert engineers to oversee and optimize the design of 10+ water and wastewater projects.  Prepared and facilitated the submittal of proposals and scope of work preparation.  Conducted research, wrote technical reports, and provided professional services to support the environmental manager.
