▪ Implemented a telemarketing solution with Microsoft Dynamics CRM to target inactive clients in China. (Shanghai, June 2014 – January 2015) ▪ Improved the Statistical Process Control (SPC) on the assembly line and undertook a feasibility study for a full traceability solution. Updated SPC tool to make it more user friendly and promote it within the production quality team. The tool is still used on a daily basis in order to prevent quality issues before being detected at the final control.
