Resolved a backlog of 1.000 issues/minor change requests, during the leadership of a team of 4 elements in the scope of application support and maintenance of two web applications (corporate loans and private mortgage) for the bank branches network of a BIG 5 UK commercial bank. Developed a reporting toolkit using MS Office Suite for a BIG5 UK commercial bank, integrated with IBM Service Manager, to get a central view of the application support activities, KPIs, application incidents and maintenance time, improving the tickets resolution monthly time by 25%. Coached and trained groups of 10 new consultants on core database and PL/SQL competencies, during the onboarding process, as a Subject-Matter Expert in databases. Part of a consulting team as a PL/SQL developer and database architect, aiming the complex implementation of several solutions for a commercial bank (BIG 5 Iberian commercial banks), of which stand out: A Fair Value Hedging calculation engine to improve the Swaps financial coverage operations according to IAS39 (Interest Rate Swaps). A core application for management, monitoring of real estate funds and calculation of the value of the participation units in a fast, standardized and automatic mode. A tool to support the statistical calculation of risk and recovery factors in the event of personal and corporate bankruptcy, through a testing and continuous improvement approach to the calculation algorithm.
