Incident manager

I'm a very motivated person and always eager to learn more and accomplish new challenges. 

After graduation I went straight to Seattle to learn English. 

Then I joined the Swiss army where I was taught to never give up and always give the best of yourself. After becoming a Sergeant I learned all the skills to become a leader. 

Right after it I moved to Vienna and joined Bitpanda in the customer care department where I became a trainer after 3 months and the person of contact for incident management related topic after 5 months.
