I am a seasoned professional with 17+years of proven expertise in Delivery Management, Product Management, Business Analysis and Test Management for clients in the Banking and finance, Telecom, Retail, and Aviation sectors, servicing clients in 5 different countries (NZ, Spain, USA, Switzerland & India). This experience includes building a Project/Product roadmap, setting up delivery practices and governance frameworks, conducting market research & and validation, creating a go-to-market strategy and identifying new areas to enhance the product offerings. 

I have managed cross-functional global teams and managed change and stakeholder expectations in end-to-end delivery of large-scale transformation programs using Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile (Scrum, Kanban, and DevOps) methodologies. 

I completed an MBA (Strategy) from IE Business School in 2020, one of the top 10 B-schools in the world. Having a keen interest in strategy consulting, during my MBA, I have also taken up relevant real-time projects to get exposure to Management and Strategy Consulting, and M&A areas to complement my MBA learnings.
