-Fully responsible for a product family in Non-destructive-testing industry. -Initiated, proposed and conducted marketing strategies followed by customer discoveries, market analysis and product positioning. -Conducted App-based IOT product optimization including UX design upgrade. -Developed product training material and act as a product trainer for business units and partners. -Attend industry events and international standards events (e.g. ISO) as advisory.

-Act as the test lead to plan, organize and drive atmospheric combustion tests. -Highly involved in project management with coordinating people from different functions and different countries to ensure project delivery.

-Research and Develop on Alstom’s latest H class gas turbine. -Plan and on-site support high pressure combustion test. -Data analysis and aerothermal modeling.
