○ Build architecture diagrams to help customers solve problems. ○ Contacted, reviewed, chose, and brought in 8 showcases( Infosys, Zuehlke, Witivio, Dacadoo...) at Microsoft Technology Center(MTC). ○ Explain to customers new technology from Microsoft as well as over 40 use cases based on customers’ needs, document and structure them. ○ Help other senior technical architects with their workshops with large enterprise companies. ○ Build the internal website for Swiss MTC. ○ Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently to enhance overall customer satisfaction ratings.
