The next phase is scaling awareness, driving downloads, and shaping a world-class brand in the wellness-tech space. 🎯 The Opportunity 🎯 We’re looking for a Co-Founder, Marketing & Growth - someone with a strategic, data-informed, and creative mindset who can transform Affirmable from a beautiful product into a thriving movement. You’ll own the commercialization roadmap, from user acquisition and retention to brand and community growth, building the foundation for sustainable scale. 💼 Your Responsibilities 💼 • Define and execute go-to-market and growth strategies for app awareness, engagement, and retention. • Build and manage multi-channel marketing: App Store Optimization (ASO), email, partnerships, content, and social media. • Develop brand positioning and narrative, ensuring consistency across all communication touchpoints. • Cultivate community engagement and partnerships with creators, coaches, and wellness platforms. • Use analytics to measure performance, optimize campaigns, and inform growth experiments. • Contribute to product strategy and business model evolution with a commercialization lens. 💡 You Bring 💡 • Proven experience in marketing, growth, or brand strategy - ideally within mobile apps, wellness, or productivity tech. • A growth mindset with both creative intuition and analytical rigor. • Strong understanding of digital acquisition channels (social, content, email, partnerships, influencer marketing). • Passion for psychology, personal development, or mental wellbeing. • The ability to thrive in an early-stage environment: hands-on, fast-paced, and purpose-driven. 🤝 What You’ll Get 🤝 • Co-founder equity, with potential to grow into CMO or CEO/Co-CEO role. • Full ownership of the marketing and growth roadmap. • A collaborative partnership with a founder experienced in product, design, and psychology. • The opportunity to shape a mission-driven product from its early stage, influencing how thousands of people experience mindset growth. 🌿 About the Founder 🌿 I’m Marion, a former Work Psychologist turned Developer & with multiple other hats.
