COO for start-up Res-T Job Description: Our startup Res-T is looking for a motivated COO to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business operations and strategic planning, as well as experience in seeking funding and preparing investor pitches. The COO will be responsible for overseeing all operational activities of our company, from strategic planning to day-to-day management. He/she will work closely with the CEO and the leadership team to ensure the success of our growing company, and will also be responsible for seeking funding and implementing fundraising strategies. In addition, the COO will be responsible for preparing persuasive and convincing pitches for potential investors. Main responsibilities: Development and implementation of corporate strategy to achieve growth and profitability targets. Supervision of business operations, including management of processes and procedures. Coordination of activities between departments to ensure efficiency and consistency. Identification and mitigation of business risks. Management of external relationships, including business partners, investors and lenders. Seeking funding and implementing fundraising strategies.
