We are looking for a Junior Marketing Manager to create and maintain a strong online presence for our company. Your role is to implement online marketing strategies through social media accounts. You will develop original content and suggest creative ways to attract more customers and promote our brand. You should achieve an increase in web traffic and customer engagement metrics, and participate in broader marketing strategies. Where: in our Zürich office, in addition to some remote days as a possibility. When: start date is not as important as the finding the "right" candidate. We can agree on a date that works for you. How much: the expected salary range is 75,000 - 95,000 CHF (the wide range is made to allow for the best overall/skills fit). Why: we don't do BS, and prefer to get stuff done. Your day-to-day Create engaging text, image and video content Design posts to sustain readers’ curiosity and create buzz around new products Build up and manage a community of engaged home owners Measure web traffic and monitor SEO Research audience preferences and discover current trends Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics Oversee social media accounts’ layout Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions Requirements 1+ year work experience in marketing (preferably with a focus on content management or performance marketing) Knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video is a plus) Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels Excellent communication, multitasking and analytical skills Please apply with a CV in English or German.
