Liiva is the digital assistant for homeowners and home dreamers in Switzerland. Looking for your dream property? Would you like to manage and optimise your home easily and efficiently? Liiva was founded in partnership with Mobiliar and Raiffeisen, went live in August 2021 and has since then been continuously expanded. Key Account / Relationship Manager
The Liiva team is seeking a new Key Account / Relationship Manager. Together with 3 Liivians in our Partnership team, you will focus on our two parent companies, Raiffeisen and Mobiliar, to ensure all their needs are met and exceeded. In this role, you will ensure that the employees of our parent companies can successfully use the Liiva home ownership platform in their consulting activities. To be successful, you will be an excellent communicator who is able to quickly grasp customer needs and find ways to meet those needs. If you also have a background in customer service or sales and are familiar with the real estate, mortgage or PropTech industry, we would love to meet you! Where: in our Zürich office with some days working remotely - we work in a hybrid setup When: start date is not as important as the finding the "right" candidate. We can agree on a date that works for you How much: the expected salary range is 100,000 - 120,000 CHF (exceptions are made to allow for the best overall fit) Why: we work fast and flexible, and get stuff done. Your Day-to-day Building long-term relationships with key employees in our partner offices Planning and executing partner relations activities along growth targets Regular touchpoints with partners in the context of meetings, events and other networking platforms Point of contact for day-to-day business feedback and close collaboration with Liiva's product team Internal sparring partner when it comes to the development of Liiva features and functions Implementation of creative initiatives that you bring in yourself! Requirements 5+ years experience as a Client Relationship Manager, B2B Sales Manager or Business Development Manager for a digital product / SaaS company Familiarity with a CRM, such as Salesforce and/or the ability to quickly acquire this know-how Knowledge of homeownership topics and related digital solutions is a plus Have the ability to identify targets, and define actions/initiatives that will lead to goal achievement Strong skills at instilling trust at early relationship development stages Swiss-German and English are both a must In addition: customer first as a credo is essential! Head of Growth / Business Develpment

We are looking for a Head of Growth / Business Development to lead our User team's strategy and operations. You will work with the Chief Business Officer (CBO) to attract new users to the platform. To do this, you will use your extensive toolkit of inbound and outbound sales techniques and liaise with our Marketing and Product team. If you have excellent communication skills and find it easy to approach potential customers to demonstrate our product and attract new users, we'd love to meet you! Where: in our Zürich office, in addition to some remote days as a possibility. When: start date is not as important as the finding the "right" candidate. We can agree on a date that works for you. How much: the expected salary range is 110,000 - 130,000 CHF (dependent on the best overall/skills fit). Why: we don't do BS, and prefer to get stuff done. Your Day-to-day Develop strategies and tactics to drive qualified traffic to the Liiva platform and increase repeat user logins (User Journey Management) Analyze the current/potential Swiss owner-occupied housing market to identify sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs Actively seek new growth opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media Set up meetings with potential new users, listen to their needs and communicate them to the product team Prepare and deliver outstanding presentations/webinars to showcase the Liiva platform Represent the company at trade shows or conferences, or other venues where current and potential homeowners may be present Collaborate with the Chief Business Officer (CBO), Partner, Product, and Marketing team members to sync all efforts to increase our customer base and continue developing a user-centered product Report to the management team (CBO & CEO) on user metrics, OKRs, and work together to develop strategies that align with business goals. Requirements 5+ years in a similar role, ideally in a high growth digital company, Swiss real estate/PropTech knowledge is a plus Strong ability to build relationships with a range of potential clients from all over Switzerland Knowledge of digital marketing techniques is a plus, including analytics Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus Fluency in Swiss German and English is a must Current valid work permission in Switzerland Please apply with a CV in English or German. Internship, (Startup) Business Development & Marketing
As a Business Development & Marketing Intern, you will be responsible for answering inbound user requests across multiple channels, and liaise with Product, User, and other team members to find solutions, or pass along feedback. Your duties will also include monitoring feedback trends and reporting to the team in order to proactively identify and address any potential pain points or new feature ideas. You will also assist in the newsletter and other content creation, and other tasks with the marketing team. Ultimately, you will gain experience in all areas involved in growing a strong user base, and gain knowledge in many startup business operations. Where: in our Zürich office, in addition to some remote days as a possibility. When: start date is not as important as the finding the "right" candidate. We can agree on a date that works for you How long: we ask for a minimum of a 3 month duration, with a preference for candidates available for 6 months. Junior Marketing Manager
We are looking for a Junior Marketing Manager to create and maintain a strong online presence for our company. Your role is to implement online marketing strategies through social media accounts. You will develop original content and suggest creative ways to attract more customers and promote our brand. You should achieve an increase in web traffic and customer engagement metrics, and participate in broader marketing strategies. Growth / Customer Success Associate
We are looking for a Growth / Customer Success Associate to take on a multi-faceted, dynamic role in our User team. Part of your role will be to assist our customers when using our products and services, resolve user queries, and guide them through the Liiva platform features and functionalities. Other time will be spent working with marketing team members to deliver content. You will also be encouraged to come up with your own ideas to attract new users, and collaborate with Product or Operations teams to relay user feedback and innovate together to continue building an exceptional digital product.
