Our startup Res-T is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in talent acquisition, have excellent organizational and communication skills, and be able to collaborate effectively with company departments. Responsibilities: Managing the talent search lifecycle, including recruiting, selection, training and development processes Coordination of onboarding and offboarding activities for new talent Supporting the establishment of compensation and benefits plans for new talent Managing relationships with candidates, resolving issues and supporting their well-being during the selection process Supporting the maintenance of a positive company culture and maintaining an inclusive and equitable work environment Requirements: Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, social sciences or related field Experience in the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter Excellent communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with company departments Knowledge of labor and workplace safety regulations If you are a passionate talent search professional with a strong interest in selecting the best candidates and a talent for relationship management, please send us your resume and cover letter.
