We’ve done a great job so far in building our team and our hope is that you will be able to join us. ### Tasks As a Talent Specialist at Ledgy, your mission will be to help maximize the wellbeing of our current team and hire new Ledgistas. ##### At Ledgy, you will * Work closely with our CEO to build and realize our talent strategy * Be the owner of all people-related topics * Build our employer brand to attract motivated talent * Find, source, and onboard exceptional talent * Collaborate with the hiring managers to ensure a top-notch hiring experience both for the team and for the candidate * Build clear, i.e. explicit, people-related systems and processes to support the company’s high growth * Organize team activities and yearly company off-sites * Strive for great employee journey by being a key player contributing to our in-progress people topics such as: growth, orientation journey, people development, scalable culture etc. * Measure and improve employee happiness and motivation * Be the go-to person for employees when personal issues arise * Make a difference by having ownership in building the people department of Ledgy and shaping the company culture ##### You’ll be a great fit for the job if you * Solid emotional and social skills and an interest in human behavior and psychology * Able to adapt in a constantly changing environment * Listening and leadership skills: able to take and give feedback, onboard people and create positive changes * Hands-on experience in leading people-related topics in a stimulating and fast-growing company * Experience with recruitment in a high-growth environment The below criteria act as guidelines and are not requirements.
