Internship - IT System & Security Administrator
Our young and motivated team is looking for a new IT System & Security Administrator intern ! Your missions : - Manage information systems and networks - Implement new services - Maintain systems and networks in optimal security conditions and manage data security risks - Assist the compliance officer in compliance-related tasks Your profile : • Bachelor or Master degree in the field of information systems, security or equivalent - Strong interest in Linux and computer security issues - A first experience in Linux system administration and/or cybersecurity would be an asset - Essential personality traits: team spirit, voluntary, positive, rigorous, desire to progress and innovate Note : - Fluent in English (oral and written), knowledge of French would be an asset - EU citizen with blank criminal record - Activity rate : 80-100 %

What you'll do: • Process KYC documentation to onboard our client’s end users • Follow and comply with internal procedures and contributes to keeping them up to date • Ensure appropriate treatment of compliance alerts, escalating when required to the manager/supervisor, • Organize, plan, and prioritize workload, and complete other assigned special projects as needed • Accurately document and update records in required systems • Contribute ideas on ways to improve our services, you will work closely with the Team Lead on area of improvement What we're looking for: • You are independent, flexible, and have a proactive work style with effective problem- solving skills and an eye for detail • You have excellent organization and time management skills and you know how to prioritize your tasks based on if they are either urgent vs important • You are able to work efficiently under pressure and have a willingness to learn • You are a team player with the ability to work independently • Degree in Law or Business Administration is an asset but not mandatory if you have a relevant former experience. • You have an excellent level (both verbal and written) in English and French.

What you'll do : • Support other roles within the operations team • Manage the follow-up and retention of a portfolio of strategic clients • Maximize efficiency for onboardings and boost conversion rates with your detail-orientation and focus • Define your own strategy for monitoring your portfolio according to the needs and type of clients • Provide business activity review and technical/functional workshops • Identify any recurring issues or needs and provide reports to the other internal teams • Closely monitor the customer’s activity and performance, escalating issues to the appropriate teams and service providers What we’re looking for: • Strong communication skills. You communicate problems, system errors or other queries to your team and customers and you are comfortable on the phone able to adjust your tone to your audience. • Attention to detail. Meticulous and a strong ability to remain focused. • Structured thinking. Very organized and able to handle multiple priorities. • French native. Both written and spoken fluently.
