More information can be found on our website: www.fixposition.com About the role - Be part of the R&D team building our high-precision sensor for autonomous vehicles. - Take technical responsibility for the RTK (real-time kinematic) GNSS algorithms and implementation, support planning and design decisions in your area of expertise. - Collaborate with the entire team of software, sensor fusion, and vision engineers to maintain, improve, optimize, and extend the sensor performance and functionality on an embedded Linux system. - Contribute to the internal and customer documentation, testing, verification of the performance, analysis of defects, support tools. About you - MSc or Ph.D. in geomatics engineering, robotics, mathematics, or equivalent experience. - Experience in GNSS algorithm development and implementation. - Excellent knowledge of real-time GNSS positioning (e.g., filters, adjustment theory, statistics) and RTK navigation algorithms (e.g., ambiguity resolution, differential positioning). - Hands-on knowledge of software design and development in the C or C++ programming language. - Expertly honed engineering and problem-solving skills. - Fluent in English (spoken and written).
