About the Job: To complete the team with a hands-on technical person, we're looking for a co-founder who is motivated to take on responsibility in the following areas: * Design the architecture and algorithms to fulfill our promise to help organizations build up skill profiles of their employees. * Build, deploy and operate the B2B SaaS application. * Closely collaborate with a near-shoring team to deliver roadmap features. * Closely collaborate with our Product Manager to decide on the strategy and roadmap. We are building a B2B SaaS application to help employees find coworkers based on their skills. To enhance our algorithms, we are looking for an intern who's interested to work on one of the following topics: * Automated completion of skill profiles based on existing skill profiles (i.e., if you know about "Ubuntu" and "Debian", you are likely to also know about "Linux"). * Automated inference of skills based on natural language processing and topic extraction. * Algorithm to search people by skills (i.e., if someone searches for someone who knows about "Machine Learning", it is reasonable to also display people who know about "TensorFlow" as "TensorFlow" is a popular library in the Machine Learning space.). We have a vast dataset that may be used to further improve our algorithms.
